30-Day Return Policy

At Wall Art Rooms, we want you to love your purchase.
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Kindly include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Your order number

We will offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
  • Custom or personalized artwork (if applicable)

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed.
